System Location:	Finished Goods Despatch from Manufacturing and Receipt at the Distribution Centre.
System Summary:	Finished Goods Pallet Label printing is performed at the manufacturing location by a bespoke program running on a PC with an attached TEC Thermal Transfer Printer. Once printed, the label details are uploaded onto the AS/400 by DcFlex and are processed via DCCONNECT in to BPCS. Load Trailer The pallets are scanned, as they are loaded on the trailer, for despatch to the Distribution Centre. When the load is complete the scanner is returned to the cradle and the transactions passed to the AS/400 via DcFlex.Once on the AS/400 the data is used to produce a Load Sheet to accompany the load and also passed to DCCONNECT to be processed through the BPCS Mass Location Transfer screen function. Unload Trailer At the Distribution Centre, the pallets are scanned, as they are unloaded from the trailer. When the trailer is unloaded the scanner is returned to the cradle and the transactions passed to the AS/400 via DcFlex.Once on the AS/400 the data is passed to DCCONNECT to be processed through the BPCS Mass Location Transfer screen function.
